What the “Premier Athlete Nutrition Plan” can do for you:
This plan is ideal for athletes who like to cook and want to add a little excitement to their pre-planned meals. These recipes are tailored to very active individuals, so they will eliminate the hassle of searching for a recipe that fits within your meal plan. Each video is about 5-minutes long and comes with a printable PDF recipe.
The private Facebook group is a place where recreational athletes can come together and discuss their training and nutrition plans, goals and accomplishments. Natalie hosts a weekly hour-long nutrition chat in “Ask me anything” style format.The Facebook group is a great place to ask individualized questions and have them answered by a Registered Dietitian.
