Which version of the Athlete Nutrition Plan is right for me?

There are three version of the Athlete Nutrition Plan.

  1. Weight Loss or Small Athlete
  2. Average Athlete
  3. Intense Athlete

Each version is based on a calorie range that will work well with your training plan.  If you are unsure which version is right for you, click here to be guided to the right training plan.

What if I’m not an “Athlete”?

I consider everyone who is active to be an “athlete”.  If you run, bike, swim, go to the gym, do yoga, pilates, Zumba or workout in your living room, these plans are right for you!

Do you have a vegetarian meal plan?

Yes! The Athlete Nutrition Plan has meals plans for both meat-eaters and vegetarians. The vegetarian versions are in the links that say “Get the vegetarian version.”

How do I get added to the Athlete Nutrition Plan Facebook group?

Once you purchase the Athlete Nutrition Plan, you will be sent an invite to the Facebook group.

When are the weekly group chats with the Dietitian?

Group chats will be based on the group’s preference. They will either be during lunchtime or after work hours.

Will there be longer meal plans available?

Yes, more meal plans and recipes will be available in a few months.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

These meal plans do not account for dietary restrictions or food allergies.  If you suffer from any sort of medical problem or dietary restriction, it is best to purchase the VIP Athlete Nutrition Plan to have weekly check-ins with Natalie (a Registered Dietitian).

What if I have specific questions for Natalie?

Purchase the VIP Athlete Nutrition Plan to check-in weekly with Natalie.
